Joseph just finished a seven-day training camp that tool place at the U.S. Olympic Training Center to provide athletes with the optimal conditions to refine and improve their taekwondo skills and knowledge and learn from some of the best taekwondo coaches in the world.

He will be competing at the 2013 Pan Am Open Taekwondo Championship at Queretaro, Mexico on 20th - 22th of September 2013.
